SHIPPING INFORMATION
SPAIN
If the shipment is to an address within the peninsula including the Balearic Islands, we use transport agencies with express shipping and a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours for all our products in stock. All these orders will be delivered before 7:00 PM the next day, and the customer will be notified by email or SMS that we have already shipped their order. Only in the most remote and distant locations, shipments could be delayed by one more day but with delivery time before 2:00 PM.
CEUTA, MELILLA OR CANARY ISLANDS
If the shipment is to an address located in Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands, we use Certified Mail, which will arrive at its destination in 2 or 3 days. There is a possibility that packages may be held for customs control and that an import tax (DUA) may be added.
INTERNATIONAL
The shipping method is through DHL transport agency in express mode. The costs and time vary depending on where the shipment needs to be made. The approximate delivery time is 24 hours for Europe for all our products in stock, and 3 days for the rest of the world.
There is a possibility that packages sent to areas outside Europe may be held for customs control in your country and that an import tax or tariff may be charged by your country's customs to the recipient. We at joyeriaisabelmuñoz.es cannot control this and it would be impossible to know the ever-changing import taxes of all countries in the world.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs to Spain will be free for purchases over €59, for the peninsula and Balearic Islands.
For international shipments within the European Union it is €15.50 and will be FREE when your purchase products exceed €300. For shipments to the rest of the world €29.90 and free from €300.
