Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to use the payment methods already associated with your Amazon account to pay for goods or services at JOYERIAISABELMUÑOZ.ES. Customers can use Amazon Pay not only to pay, but also to manage their payments on Amazon.es. It is also an easy way to integrate Alexa* into the shopping experience.

1. Log in with your Amazon credentials.
2. Accept the User Agreement when requested the first time you use the service.
3. Complete your purchase.

1. Use your Amazon credentials (your email and password) when asked to log in and accept our User Agreement.
2. Choose a payment method from your Amazon account to make the payment and easily complete the purchase process.

Credit/Debit Card

The charge to your card will be made in real time through the virtual POS, once it has been verified that the communicated data is correct. Isabel Muñoz Jewelry will not store any of your credit/debit card data. At the time of processing your order, your card data will be transmitted encrypted through an SSL certificate and in an absolutely secure manner to the financial institution, with the sole purpose of making the payment corresponding to your order.

Credit/debit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing institution, but if said institution does not authorize payment, we cannot consider the purchase contract formalized. If you choose this payment method, you are guaranteeing that you have full authorization to use the card with which you make payment for your order.

BIZUM

Enter the phone number associated with the service and the password for online purchases with BIZUM (If you don't have your password yet, you can request it in your bank's app). You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code that you must enter in the payment window and complete the payment. Minimum amount for using the service (€0.50). The possibility of using this service will be subject to the availability of each bank to be able to make online purchases with BIZUM.

Bank Transfer

If you select this payment method, and you have completed the entire process and confirmed the order, Isabel Muñoz Jewelry will indicate (on the Website and through an email) the account number to make the payment. You must state the order number in the transfer concept. The order will not be considered completed until the transferred amount is received in Isabel Muñoz Jewelry's account. If five calendar days have passed since the order was placed and the transfer has not been verified, the order will be automatically cancelled.

PayPal

To be able to pay with this system, you must have a PayPal user account and make sure that the shipping address provided to PayPal is the same as the one you provide to Isabel Muñoz Jewelry. Now you can split your purchases with no interest.

This payment method does not involve any commission on the item amount.

PSD2 Regulation

PSD2 Regulation: For security reasons to complete your purchase, according to Royal Decree Law 19/2018, your bank may request that you authenticate yourself in different ways (through an SMS, a notification in your phone's App or others). Consult with your bank if you have any questions.

Cash on Delivery

If you choose this payment method, we inform you that verification is required, so we will contact you by phone to notify the shipment. You must pay the purchase amount to the delivery person of the transport company, at the time of delivery of the contracted product, plus shipping costs, as well as, where applicable, a surcharge detailed in the purchase summary.
