Returns, After-Sales and Warranty

If the item purchased in our store arrives at its destination and does not meet the specifications required for your purchase, you may return it. The preliminary procedure to process the return will be to send an email to COMPRAS@ISABELMUNOZ.EU within no more than 30 business days from receipt of the product, and our team will indicate the steps to follow. The return period begins to be calculated from the same day of receipt of the product until the fifth day of delivery. To carry out the return of your orders, you must send the purchased product attaching the return number that is assigned to you. No package will be accepted without the corresponding incident or return number, and it must be on the outside of the package in a visible manner.

In case of return for reasons beyond the company's control, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Only returns of products that meet these characteristics will be accepted:

  • They must be new and not have been used
  • In their original packaging and sealed
  • With their corresponding warranty and manuals
  • With the invoice or sales receipt

Request for refund:

The customer must send the product within 5 days after receipt of the order, and return costs are borne by the customer, in accordance with Law 15/1/96 number 7/1996. The refund will be made through the same system used for payment, unless payment was made CASH ON DELIVERY, in which case the refund will be carried out by bank transfer to the account you indicate. Request for replacement for defective product:

We commit to collecting the defective product and delivering your new product in perfect condition.

Incidents or claims:

For any possible incident or claim related to the delivery of a deteriorated or damaged product due to transport, it must be made within 24 hours after receipt of the order. Make your request through the email COMPRAS@ISABELMUNOZ.EU

Warranty certificate:

The Official International Warranty Certificate will be attached to the shipment, the only valid document to access warranty conditions.
